Description

  • USE WHAT PROS USE — This DriTac floor adhesive is ideal for fixing gaps that can result when using engineered wood flooring. It creates a strong bond that reduces and removes popping and gapping
  • NO SETTING PERIOD NEEDED — DriTac floor glue comes thin and fluent. It’s easy to use and doesn’t need weighing down or setting time after application. Once finished, your floors are ready for use
  • PART OF ENGINEERED WOOD FLOOR REPAIR KIT — The kit includes all you need, including syringe, tips, drill bits and dowels; or, buy adhesive separately to store as a refillable supply
  • CERTIFIED FREE OF VOLATILE COMPOUNDS — Breathe easy knowing your choice won’t release volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the air around you, giving you a cleaner, safer environment
  • WORRY-FREE CLEANUP — No need for special cleansers or dangerous solvents when it’s time to clean up. Just use a damp cloth to wipe up the wet residue and use mineral spirits on dried residue

DriTac Engineered Wood Floor Repair Kit – How To Use

1. Drill – Mark the hollow spot in the floor with pieces of tape. Then, drill to create 2 holes, one for the adhesive to be injected into and another hole for air to escape.

2. Load The Syringe – Place the tip of the syringe into the adhesive and draw back on the plunger to fill it with the required amount.

3. Inject Adhesive – Inject the adhesive into both holes drilled into the floor. Stop when the injection syringe receives pushback/pressure or until the hollow space is completely filled.

4. Fill Holes With Dowel Rods – Place wooden dowels into both of the holes and cut flush with the floor. Then, place the dowel punch on the newly cut dowel and tap lightly with a hammer. Finally, fill in the hole over the dowel with a colored putty that matches the repair area.
