Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes! Local deliveries typically cost $75, however, prices may vary based on delivery site conditions, location, etc. Please call your local branch for details and/or a quote.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy with a 15% re-stocking fee. Products must be unopened/undamaged/uncut. We do not offer cashback but are happy to refund the amount to the card used for the original purchase OR provide a credit on your account.

Can Homeowners Purchase Directly From You?
We sell exclusively to flooring professionals (licensed C-15 installers and retailers). If you are a customer of ours, however, and you would like your homeowner to visit our showroom, they are more than welcome. Just call your local branch and set them up with an appointment. Our knowledgeable sales staff with help guide them to the perfect floor for their home, and then you can assist them with purchase and installation.
