- Inventory for an order without a 50% deposit may be held for 5 business days.
- Orders with a 50% deposit may be held for 30 calendar days from the order date and must be paid-in-full and ship by the 30th calendar day from order date.
- Orders with a ship date exceeding 30 days will require payment in full, prior to Day 30 from order date.
- If deposit has been paid and order is not paid-in-full AND shipped within 30 days of order date, material will be released and deposit returned (minus fees).
- All paid-in-full orders, not shipped within 30 days of order date, will be charged a non-pro-rated STORAGE FEE of 2% after the first 30 days from order date and charged 2% monthly after that.
