Limited Lifetime Warranty - Structure &
Finish
Structural Warranty: The Garrison
Collection warrants all of its flooring products to be free from defects
in lamination, assembly, milling, dimension and grading for as long as the
original purchaser owns the home in which it is installed.
Finish Warranty: The Garrison Collection
warrants to the original purchaser, that the scratch-resistant finished
used on The Garrison Collection II flooring, when used under normal
residential traffic conditions, will not wear through or separate from the
wood for the lifetime of the floor, or as long as the original purchaser
owns the home it is installed in.
This limited warranty is made subject to
the following conditions:
The product must be installed indoors, only
in residential areas, and used in accordance with applicable installation
instructions, and maintained as detailed in The Garrison Collection
hardwood flooring care and maintenance guide.
The surface wear must be readily visible
(approximately 20% of the entire floor). Gloss reduction is not
considered surface wear.
This warranty is valid for the lifetime of
the floor and applies only to the original purchaser and site that it is
installed. This warranty is non-transferable.
Adhesive Bond Warranty: The Garrison
Collection warrants that The Garrison Collection Adhesive will maintain
its bond for the lifetime of the floor, or as long as the original
purchaser owns the home in which it is installed, as long as proper
jobsite pre-instpection, installation and maintenance procedures have been
followed. Adhesive breakdown caused by sub-floor moisture or water
damage is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover claims
regarding damage resulting from scratches, indentations, lack of proper
maintenance, misuse, negligence, spiked-heel shoes, pets, insects, water,
moisture, fire pebbles, sand, or other abrasives, insufficient protection
on furniture, wet-mopping, excessive heat or dryness, or failure to follow
all the manufacturer's written maintenance and care instructions.
Use of floor care products other than those especially formulated for use
on flooring with BonaKemi Traffic finish may damage your floor and void
the warranty.
This writing is the complete and exclusive
statement of the warranty, and is in lieu of all other express and/or
statutory warranties. The Garrison Collection assumes no
responsibility for incidental or consequential damages, however, some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or
consequential, so this may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from
state to state. The sole remedy provided herein is the replacement
of defective products. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer
be responsible for cost in excess of a refund of the purchase price of the
defective material.
